What is the process?
-
1.Once you have an idea or photo of the jewelry your customer would like to create, call or email us at LinerArt@gmail.com and one of our designers will come to your location and discuss the design specifics, technical details, cost and time estimates with you. The most successful CAD projects start with complete dimensions, stone sizes if applicable and a description of the item and the metal to be used. Pictures, drawings, diagrams of dimensions are critical.
-
2.The CAD specialist will then engineer and create a 3D model of the jewelry on the computer and send images to you showing it from several views either in metal, or if you prefer as a working CAD model.
-
3.Once the 3D image is approved by you, a wax model is created and shipped or dropped off directly at your location. 3D Wax printing or wax growing machine models are far superior to milled parts in accuracy, surface finish and cost of final finishing.
-
4.At this point you can choose to cast it and finish it yourself, or you can let our team of experienced craftsmen do the casting, finishing, stone setting, and polishing work for you, and you will have a gorgeous custom made piece of jewelry.
Liner Arts Jewelry Design Studio has both the technology and craftsmanship to create exceptional one-of-a-kind jewelry that your clients are sure to love.
